Study On The Optimization Of Industrial Structure For Beiquan Town In Xinjiang Production And Construction Group

As a main sector of Xinjiang Uigur Autonomous Region(Xinjiang)'s development and stabilization, Xinjiang Production and Construction Group plays an important role in economy of Xinjiang .The development of small town can improve workers' living standard, and can hold them together, even more, can maintain Xinjiang's stabilization and the consolidation of China. So it has significant economic and politic meanings to make the construction of the small town more quickly. Industrial structure is a determinant force of the development of economy and small town, its change can bring about the change of increasing economic benefit and resource ordering efficiency. Hence, the analysis and optimization of industrial structure in Xinjiang Production and Construction Group, have greatly realistic meaning to improve the development of the Group's economy.This article takes industrial structure optimizing as the main purpose, adopts both theoretic and practical methods, quantitative and qualitative methods. On these bases, it takes Beiquan town for example. Firstly, compared with normal models in the changing of industrial structure, it analyzes the industrial circumstance of Beiquan town, and then points out the problems existing. Secondary, it founds an analyzing model on the reckoning of industrial structure and GDP in Beiquan town. Though quantitative analysis, it analyzes the quantitative relationships between industrial structure and economic development. Based on the point of economic development, it shows the direction of optimizing industrial structure. Thirdly, by analyzing the correlation of industrial structure and employment structure, it sets up an analyzing model of the employment and changing of industrial structure. It also advances the direction of optimizing industrial structure on the point of taking up an occupation. In the end, it adopts the technology of remote sensing, and shows the affection to the structure of small town, directly, though the changes of industrial structure.
