Case Study On Promoting The Integrated Development Of Production Towns In Characteristic Small Towns In Qinglian Town Of Jiangyou City

With the continuous increase of urban population in China and the continuous expansion of urban scale,urban problems such as air pollution,water pollution,and road congestion have become more and more a crisis that has plagued China's urban development.The town has the important function of undertaking urban and rural development.It can coordinate urban and rural development,transfer urban population,supplement urban resources,promote rural economic development,and actively promote urbanization as a key way to solve urban crisis and drive rural development.Therefore,the Party Central Committee attaches great importance to urbanization.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward from the strategic level of promoting regional coordinated development."Building an urban pattern of coordinated development of large,medium and small cities and small towns with urban agglomeration as the main body,and accelerating the urbanization of agricultural transfer population."
