Research To China Foreign Direct Investment

Under the new situations of Chinese entering WTO and the trend of economical internationalization, for further developing Chinese economy and improving its comprehensive national powers and its international competitive ability by utilizing well both domestic and foreign markets and resources, it is a strategic task for China to develop foreign direct investments (FDI).This is a research on Chinese foreign direct investments. This dissertation will first of all conduct a systematic review on the theories of direct international investment. The review will then be followed by relevant evaluations and comments, especially in terms of the potential contribution that these theories will make for China to develop its investment in other countries. Then an analysis of reasons for Chinese FDI and possibility of Chinese FDI is presented. In Chapter Three, a research and analysis on the current situation and problems of Chinese foreign direct investments will be presented. Finally this dissertation will end up with the study of strategically choice policy for developing Chinese foreign direct investments both in governmental level and enterprise level.
