With further development of reform, it is inherent requirement of business competitions to take the advantage of them and mobilize the staff's creativity and initiative. How small-scale enterprise, which is the most active in economy, should arouse the personnel creativity and initiative and construct appropriate atmosphere of interpersonal relationship in order to encourage the staff becomes a urgent problem that needs to solve in management. Since interpersonal relation can be constructed in the process of propagation, to study small-scale propagation activity and interpersonal relationship constructed on the basis of it can offer help to encourage the staff in small and medium enterprise.The thesis sums up the previous and current research of the effect of interpersonal relationship on the staff's encouragement in organization propagation at home and abroad and finds out what is still left to be done. Inspired by the fruitful western research, the author explores the significance between the interpersonal relationship in the small business of our country and the staff's encouragement from humanism psychology, sociology, management and dissemination. The thesis mainly adopts qualitative approach and considers the author himself as instrument to probe into how small-scale organization constructs interpersonal relationship. What's more, the author collects the quantitative data through experiment and questionnaire and carries on statistical analysis to examine the hypothesis.The thesis ends with a summary, implications and limitations of this study, and suggestions for future research.
