Comparing with the situation before the reform, the investors got morechance, but also faced more complicated investing environment, and have more risk .so inthis phase it is a very urgent problem to discuss what kind of risk that the investors are facing,how to prevent this risk and how to evaluate the risk of the investment . This article will analyze the structure and character of the risk, then sum up all the risk.Based on the analyze, the measure to prevent the risk was given. Then on the basis of studyingmany kinds of appraisal method, the method to focus on fuzzy comprehensive appraisal, carry on thecomprehensive appraisal of the investment risk of the power . In order to prove the applicability ofthis model, I constructed a case of investment risk analyze. Using the method I established,we can get the conclusion of the investment area's evaluation.
