The Yuxing Company Risk Management Studies

As science and technology develops, and China's economic reform progresses, market competition is much fiercer than before, and the risk of company is ever growing. Consequently, it's very important for every firm to construct risk management mechanism to make risk management standard, so as to reduce the possibility of risks, and decrease the damage caused by the risks. This thesis discriminates the main risks lied in the BOPET product line of Yuxing Corporation after analyzing the situation of the company. And then derives comparative importance of factor in the risk system by means of Analytic Hierarchical Process. Based on the result, the thesis evaluates the severity of some risks combined quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis by means of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method. After analyzing the result of risk evaluation, the thesis puts forward the risk strategy of BOPET product line of Yuxing Corporation, and then proposes the possible ways to control the main risks for the company.
