Logistics Center And Research Of Its Location Model

Logistics is hailed as one of the industries which have the most potential in the 21th century. With the progress that we became a member of WTO and the progress of economic globalization, logistics has became an important industry and a new economic growth point in the economic progress of our country, and the location problem of logistics center has attracted great attention.This paper put most research on the location problems of distribution logistics center and hinge logistics center in accordance with characteristics and functions of different sorts of logistics center, on the base of the scientific classification of logistics center.The location problem of single distribution center is usually solved by the gravity method, while that of multiple distribution centers is figured out by a mixed integer programming model on the groundwork of the analysis of transportation cost and operation cost of distribution centers which can be solved by genetic algorithm.To hinge logistics center, on the basis of setting up an assessing index system oflocation of logistics center, the degree of grey incidence conception and variable weightsynthesis theory are applied in AHP to analyze and evaluate each project. The example shows that the proposed method can describe the location model of logistics center comprehensively and overcome deficiency of AHP and makes the procession ofevaluation more reasonable.At the end of this paper, some aspects which can be improved by further study are advanced.
