Abstract Subject: Research on the Strategy of Solving the Financing Problem of Medium & Small Enterprises Structure: Mainly include four chapters Chapter One Status quo and cause of financing difficulty Chapter Two Financial support is necessary for solving financing problems Chapter Three Seek for an appropriate channel for financing Chapter Four Perfect inner management to improve the status quo of financing Content: This thesis describes the status quo of financing in our country in chapter one by listing some examples, pointing out that the financing difficulty has become the bottleneck that limits the development of medium & small enterprises, and then analyses the reason of that. The following three chapters stress on how to solve the financing problem both from the external finance environment and the internal management of enterprise. Chapter two mentions the finance system and government support and put forwards some appropriate policies by referring to the finance system and policy of developed country for solving the financing difficulty, afterwards indicates that it is essential to establish and improve the financial system of medium & small enterprises. The third part in this chapter describes how to structure a reasonable financing guarantee system, including the advantages, principles and conception of it. Chapter three intends to present a right way for financing by introducing the financing channels like bank, private collection, government supports as well as how to finance through above channels. Chapter four points out that it is necessary to set down an appropriate financing strategy and strengthen the finance management to solve the financing difficulty, and then expatiate them in details.
