And the importance of it has already received the aboundant attention in the world. so in mythesis, I analyses corporation governance of the stated-owned commercial banks from four parts asfollows : The first part,,we introduce the theory of corporation governance from both the nativeand the abrord .And then put forward the concept of corporation governance.the stated-ownedcommercial improve corporation governance is very necessary and important. By learning thetypical model of corporate governance and considering the bisical situation of country , thedirection of the four banks'reform is clearer,that is to be a morden international commercialbank by improving corporate governance . The second part ,we discussed the problems which hinder the four stated-ownedbanks'corporate governance , put out the defect exsisting in the process of the innovition . Themain problem is property rights institution , which makes other problems to hinder corporategovernance , and which is the hardest to deal with.The third part , there is also some good conditions for the improvement of corporategovernance . Our government encourage the four banks'reform all the time . The fourbanks'reform has made some achievements which put the way for corporate governance. The fourth part,in the light of above analyses , we put forward a series of policy proposalon corporate goverance.
