With the reform and opening-up of our country deepening further, the international situation is more changeful, propose higher demand to young and middle-aged quality of leading cadre, especially strengthen ability of administration of the CPC is putting forward high demand to the young and middle-aged leading cadre's quality. According to present reality, though a group of remarkable young and middle-aged leading cadres emerge, there are many questions in the young and middle-aged leading cadre one's own quality and the mechanism of training and choosing. We should combine the objective reality of the CPC and national development, according to the new demand of construction of ability of administration of the CPC, create the benign mechanism that the outstanding young and middle-aged leading cadre can show one's talent, build the favorable environment for the young and middle-aged leading cadre, improve the young and middle-aged leading cadre's overall quality according to the demand in power, the ability of administration of the CPC could be strengthened further, really bring about a great rejuvenation of Chinese nation.
