A Study About Support Will And Support Ability In Urban Young And Middle-Aged Groups

In recent years,due to the increasing support disputes,the problem of the moral and ethical transformation of the young and middle-aged groups has become one of the hot issues of public concern.Based on the perspective of ethical transformation,the study thinks that the young and middle-aged groups are not "unethical" or "unfilial generation",but have strong support will,but lack of support ability,or have to give priority to the progeny as ethical transition generation because of limited ability.In order to prove this point,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the support will and support ability of the young and middle-aged people in 309 cities in Z City,Henan province.It is found that most of the young and middle-aged people in Z city have strong support will,but their support ability is weak,which is manifested in insufficient economic income,insufficient care time,difficult care degree,far away from the parents,greater pressure of caring next generation and imperfect social security system.The study indicates that "male","18-30 year old","college diploma","unmarried","only child","no children","rural residence","engaged in agricultural related work" may have strong support will;"male","31-40 year old","graduate and above","married","married" Young and middle-aged groups with "only child","2 children","urban household registration" and "employees of enterprises and institutions" may have strong support ability.The study points out that the support ability and willingness of young and middle-aged people are not coordinated,and there are many correspondences between them.In order to further analyze the relationship between support will and support ability,the two meta comprehensive analysis framework of will and ability is constructed on the basis of the sample data.It is pointed out that the current status of the young people in the city can be divided into weak will and strong ability,strong will and strong ability,weak will and weak ability,weak will and strong ability as four types of ideal types.strong ability and weakness will be analyzed specially.Finally,from the perspective of the maintenance concept that the support will and support ability should are coordinated,the study puts forward different support policies for different groups of people.In particular,the young and middle-aged groups with weak will and strong ability should adopt the general principle of giving priority to education and supplemented by legal means.But for the strong willing and strong ability,we can implement incentives and publicity policies,setting them up as a model,encouraging society to form a good age of respecting the old.We should pay attention to further improving the social security system for those who are weak will and weak ability.For people with strong will and weak ability,we should focus on capacity building.
