The Study Of Environmental Law Consciousness

The dissertation makes an intensive and systematic analysis and study which is concerned with the meaning the structure the status quo and its influence on the environmental law. Then it puts forward the method and approach of how to construct the rational environmental law consciousness.Firstly, the paper demonstrates the intension of the environmental law consciousness. On the basis of analyzing the source of environmental law consciousness, it advances that the environmental law consciousness is a special consciousness system and an organic syntheses integrating many kinds of psychological factors value judgment and expressing method such as knowledge sensibility will of the societal main body towards the natural environment and environmental law. The chapter three of this paper analyzes the structure of the environmental law consciousness. In the view of three levels that refers to the psychological cognizance the pursuance of value towards the environmental law and the expressing form of environmental law which reflects public opinions, the paper reviews and coordinates the opinions on the environmental law consciousness systematically. The chapter four of the paper posts the meaning of environmental law consciousness towards the environmental law of contemporary China the infection, namely environmental law is the standardization and ordinance of environmental law consciousness, which adapts to certain economy basis. In the formative process of environmental law, environmental law subjects to the influence and the restriction of the environmental law consciousness of the societal main body all the time. Where the environmental law consciousness is, there is the environmental law. When analyzing the general theory of the environmental law consciousness, the paper also demonstrates the status quo of the environmental law consciousness of the public in China. On the basis of this, the paper concludes that the revolutionary breakthrough of the theory will be realized via fostering rational environmental law consciousness and we make some useful suggestions about the method and approach to fostering rational environmental law consciousness.
