The trait of the market economy is the competition and it always stays with the market economy. So if one enterprise want to survive and develop at the market it must have the needed competitive strength.A tool used to solve problem in analysis value chain. The process in creation of value in enterprise are broken down different but related activity of value created. Creation of true value are found. The process in vertical value analysis is divided three step. Firstly, vertical value chain is ascertain. Secondly, through analysis value activity no added value activity in those is found out .We bring forth new suggestions for improving our work. It make operating of enterprise more efficient. Lastly, enterprise keep advantage in competition. Company keep or improve advantage in competition by optimum or rebuilding value chain. Vertical value analysis is from the angle of the core enterprise. The scale of vertical value analysis has expended into system of value chain and limited to inside of enterprise. Vertical value analysis insist on cooperation and truth between core enterprise and upper stream and down stream enterprise.With L company case in last part of paper, how to use vertical value analysis in enterprise and use step in accordance of specific circumstance in enterprise Through these step enterprise accomplish a purpose of keeping or improving enterprise's competitive strength.
