The increasing aging population, and their living welfare are widely concerned by many governments in the world with no exception for the Chinese government. But pension system extended from planned-economy is far enough to meet the current demands mainly from the nation according to management situation of pension system, and it's very urgent to erect multi-dimensional pension system.Chinese government has been trying to change pension system mainly supported by the nation since 1990s. Unfortunately there was less effect than what government expected. From early 1990s, the government has speeded up its steps obviously, relevant laws were enacted in the past two years, aiming at improving the marketization and regulation of pension market .Who can share the biggest part of cake in qualified institutions become the common focus cared by many people after the legal framework having been come into effect, this come to the important concerns in this thesis.This thesis consists of seven parts: First, it makes readers have a general understanding to pension by introducing the background on pension issue and the current study situation; Secondly, this thesis illustrates the necessity and urgent need of erecting pension system; The third, the considerable discusses have been paid to discuss the legal models of pension system and expecting to find the best suitable model of pension running system. This part is one innovative point of this thesis; in Part four, the author concludes that securities companies are qualified institutions as the main channel of running pension after comparing advantages and disadvantages among others. In part five and six, the thesis discussed the design and marketing of pension products based on securities companies and presented relevant design model and countermeasure suggestions..This thesis is concentrated on erecting pension system mainly led by securities corporations, the legislative model, product design and marketing, presenting beyond existing studies, hoping to make my contribution a solution approach to the realistic problem of running pension in china.
