| Pension problem is not only a medical and economic problem,but also a social problem.Along with aging population,aging,empty nest increasingly accelerated,the sustainable research of pension models has gradually become the research focus of social sustainable development.Traditional pension models are mainly relief and limited types,the gap between its service quality,level and social endowment demands is big.Older individuals are independent and scattered.When the urbanization process has increasingly become mature,people's living standards gradually improved,residents diversity,difference,selective enhanced,pension demands diversified,society urgently needs a more flexible,open and sustainable innovation endowment models to cope with increasingly varied endowment demands in the future.Depending on the program “Research on the industrial design strategies for rapidly ageing population in China”,aimed at the status and existing problems of our country social pension service,based on analyzing the current social pension patterns,pension problems and pension service demands,the paper established a sustainable collective self-help endowment(CSE)mode around enhancing the pension satisfaction,built the framework of Collective self-help Endowment service design.The mode is different from the existing pension model,it gives full play to the self-help and self-care ability for the elderly,makes use of high technology,the advantage of network information society.It has four characteristics,including collective pension,providing individualized pension service demands,the elderly acting as "dual role" and retirement pattern sustainability,etc.Its core idea is self aid,independent,collectivity,mutual aid.Paper's main work is as follows.(1)In the aspect of theory system constructing of service design,the core key of CSE service design should consider not only social endowment cost,endowment resources effectively configuration,the sustainability of endowment modes at the macro level,but consider the old people's physiological and psychological needs at the micro level to meet the diversified pension demands.Based on six sigma service design and product service system design,combined with the strategic framework for sustainable development,the paper established CSE service design theory system.(2)The concept of CSE was defined.From pension target,pension ways,pension purposes,the sustainability of CSE was discussed.CSE connotation and the key problems of CSE service design were analyzed,the sustainable endowment CSE system solutions were put forward,CSE service mode framework was established.Based on six sigma service design road map and CSE target,a flow chart and RCDV method of CSE service design were built,the methods and key techniques used in each stage were studied.(3)In the aspect of service system solutions design,according to the different endowment demands,limited pension resources and cost,different collective self-help endowment system solutions were designed.CSE types were proposed,the selection influence factors of selection influence factors were analyzed.It used qualitative principles,quantitative calculation method to achieve CSE type selection,determine the different types of self-help endowment service.According to the different types of self-help pension,the pension demands should be converted to CSE service function features,CSE service solution features.The framework of CSE service design was established,its design process and corresponding example were given.By analyzing the service lifecycle activities,using the methods of questionnaire survey,user interviews and SPSS tools,the elderly demands were obtained in every stage of life cycle of CSE service.CSE demand model,CSE function model and CSE function design ontology model were established,the function from the CSE needs to CSE feature mapping was realized.CSE solution domain was defined,the mechanism of CSE products and services integration design was proposed to realize the mapping from CSE functions to design parameters,CSE service system configuration model was built.Using the method of CSE responsibility table,CSE constitute elements were gotten,CSE service structure model was established to implement the standardization of CSE service system solutions.(4)In the aspect of evaluation of service design,by using effective decision algorithm,a reasonable evaluation index system was established to evaluate and select the preferred design scheme.CSE mixed characteristics of service design evaluation was analyzed.Based on the hybrid characteristics,the evaluation system of CSE service design was constructed,the evaluation process of CSE service design was given.According to different CSE needs,the acquisition methods and steps of CSE original evaluation index were given.The processes of establishing scheme evaluation system were analyzed,by using HOQ relation matrix of CSE demand and function,the evaluation index system of a single independent variable and multiple independent variables was built.CSE service design hybrid evaluation model was established,combining with an instance of CSE service system configuration,the evaluation of CSE service design was realized.(5)In the aspect of service design implementation,the computer servicing CSE service design prototype framework was put forward,the software function demands and work process of CSE service design and CSE service application were analyzed,the system overall design was implemented.Combined with the service application instance,the application of CSE service system platform was given.Above all,the paper established the theory framework of collective self-help endowment service design,researched on the implementation process and key technology of CSE service design from overall perspective,built service design model and studied the evaluation of service design.According to different pension service needs,the mode provides different types,ways and methods of self-help,and constructs different collective self-help endowment service system,provides more choice for the government Pension services and some useful ideas for social endowment service innovation and achieves "active aging". |
