Because the intention of automobile corporations is changing from "the products being the center" to "the customers being the center", CRM is introduced to automobile enterprises. And automobile enterprises are still relatively strange to CRM, so there is not maturity theoretical foundation about how to implement the Auto-CRM operation system. In order to make little mistakes in the CRM operation, theoretical foundation is very important for automobile corporations. This paper takes Auto-CRM operation system as a subject and analyzes it in detail.This paper is studied the Auto-CRM operation system around the theme of how to develop our auto industry, and perfecting the theory of Auto-CRM operation system is regarded as the object. According to the actual conditions of our automobile enterprises, combining CRM successful experience in the course of implementing in other trades, and proceeding from procedure of automobile enterprises, the paper is provided theory support for the Auto-CRM, and pointed out the correct direction how to implement.Firstly, we have discussed the current situations of CRM and analyzed the difficulty existing while implementing, and then proposed the design principle of the Auto-CRM operation system and the procedure structure.And then, according to the basic structure of Auto-CRM operation system, we separately begin to study from four respects: sale management subsystem, market management subsystem, customer support and serving management subsystem and sale and service network subsystem. In term of the request of the Auto-CRM operation system, we think it is necessary to have some changes in various fields of our automobile enterprises.On the basis of this theory, we have proposed how to manage the fleeing goods on the Auto-CRM operation system .We put forward the relevantly evaluation index about the sale and manage on sale management subsystem using the information of Auto-CRM. Combining the actual conditions of automobile after-sale serving, we have proposed and set up the accident analysis items. Due to the unreasonable place of the sale and service network of automobile enterprises, we propose a more rational distributor and service network planning.Finally, concerning the Auto-CRM and e-commerce, we discuss how to unite the Auto-CRM and e-commerce and analyze the transition of the dealers.
