Shengli Oilfield Automobile Transport System Analysis And Optimization

Shengli Oil Field is a main petroleum productive base in China, which has already had a 36-year history of exploration. Accompanying with the exploration process, automobile transportation system in Shengli Oil Field has developed a great deal and has become the essential section of the whole productive system. How to allocate the transportation resources and optimize the productive process, as well as to provide reliable support for productive system of the whole Oil Field have become an urgent issue to be established.The development course of the automobile transportation system in Shengli Oil Field is introduced and analyzed thoroughly in this context, which include four different aspects of transportation: capacity scope, vehicle types, distribution and productive process, and either problems or shortages are found out. Crude oil output and transportation demand are analyzed using statistical method, also, crude oil output model and transportation quantity connection model are set out, together with the forecast of the transportation demand trend in Shengli Oil Field in the coming years. Based on this, four aspects that consist of transportation capacity scope, vehicle types, distribution and productive process are optimized focusing on the existing problems of the system, and at the same time, optimization schemes and promotive measures about the automobile transportation system in Shengli Oil Field are brought forward.In the context, manifold modern administration theories such as systems engineering and transportation engineering principles are adopted, together with essentials of the advanced productive methods such as refining production and productive process reconstruction. Problems existing in the automobile transportation production system have been solved preferably and constructive optimizing schemes are put forward, some of which have implemented or being implemented in the Oil Field, that have offered support for the reform and development of the automobile transportation system in Shengli Oil Field.
