Analysis Of The Project-evaluation Index In Venture Capital

Venture capital is not only the most important fund resource of high-tech industry, but also the accelerator of the development of Chinese high-tech industry, whose development has put direct effects on the so-called high-tech industry-"the fourth industry". Project evaluation plays an important role in the process of venture capital, at the same time the choice of the good evaluation index system means half success of the project evaluation.On the basis of the analysis of the research development of the international venture capital project evaluation index systems, this paper points out some disadvantages of the existing research, combining the actual facts in China. The main features of the evaluation index systems are not coherent. Some emphasize on venture, while others emphasize on revenue. Some include repeating accounts, while others ignore the index of the investment withdraw. Some put less attention on the ability of the entrepreneur, while others are lack in the evaluation of the circumstances of the investment projects. After the analysis of the disadvantages and the outside favorable circumstances of the venture capital development in our country, this paper has proposed a new series of evaluation index, then eliminated some irrelevant index with the project evaluation and promoted the project evaluation using the methods of questionnaire and statistic analysis. At last, this paper takes a development period project as an example using the methods of questionnaire and AHP Method, has made a deeper quantitative model research and provided a feasible method for the venture capital projects quantitative evaluation.
