Applying And Study Of Game Theory On Estimation After Completeness Of Rebuilding Or Extending Project In Utility

Now , there are many outstanding problems in rebuilding or extending in utility project ,which fail to control investment or outspend investment and so on .But ,we have no valid study method in this aspect. In this article, i put forward that we should increase study in estimation after completeness. In the same time , we can apply game theory that is a kind of mathematics method in it. During the study ,we shall especially intensify analysis and study in the procedure of decision, the method of decision and the content of decision.In the article, we firstly analyze these questions that turn up in utility and controlling measures .At the same time ,we pose that we must intensify study in estimation after completeness. Refer to these characters of rebuilding or extending in utility ,we should apply game theory in estimation after completeness study .The study combining project example establishes easy and practical model ,which will have some reference to analyze rebuilding or extending of utility and improve decision to new project.Through analyzing case, we can prove that game theory is a kind of effective mathematics method to dissect decision and countermeasures, which is a kind of good complement. Use of game theory in estimation after completeness can summarize experience in completeness and forecast decision and countermeasures in new project, so game theory can well direct new project.
