| At present, the rural income is relatively low and the living environment is worrying. In order to realize rural revitalization,it is necessary to carry out effective countryside governance and improve the current rural situation. However, the national macro policy implementation is far less effective due to the exclusion by various stakeholders in rural areas. The law enforcement work of the local government is planned and conducted without proper regard to villagers’ interests. In addition, the solidified rural interest model makes it difficult for the country to get involved with the reform for more effective governance. This thesis analyzes the external demolition works in N village by applying game theory and truly reflects villagers’ view on the process of N village governance which is that of the game among villagers, village committee and township government. From the perspective of villagers, this thesis respectively uses "Boxed Pigs Game","Chicken Game" and "Prisoner’s dilemma" models to analyze the game among various subjects in the villages, explore the deep causes of the unbalanced game results of each model and try to build an interest balanced mechanism in rural governance.By the analysis of game model,it puts forward some suggestions to coordinate the rural development from three aspects.Firstly, coordinate the interests among the villagers, advocate the concept of "harmonious coexistence",solve the internal contradictions among villagers in a matter of fact way, strengthen villagers’ autonomy and protect the interests of vulnerable groups.Secondly, coordinate the relationship between villagers and the village committee, improve service quality and accuracy to meet villagers need and increase villagers’ engagement in the political process.Thirdly, improve rural economies, narrow the interest gap among different stakeholders, consummate villagers’ autonomy system and form a consensus between villagers and township government. |
