Study On The Eco-industry Of Setting Up Circular Economy In Chengdu

From the 1960's, it was the rapid development of ecology make people set up a new economy conformation imitated nature ecosystem. And according to the nature ecosystem substance circle and energy flow disciplinarian people rebuild economy system, and make economy system bring into nature ecosystem in harmony. With the sustainable development stratagem extend, in the 1990's, evolution circular economy foundation society was a important approach to carry out harmony development between the environment and economy in developed country. From enterprise levels, the type instance of circular economy is DuPont science company pushing "3R" principles (to reduce and to reuse and to recycle).The region administrative levels is Danmark Kalundborg Eco-Industrial Parks. Germany and Japan is the succeeded nation about circular economy.China is a large country with large population and being short of resource and destroying ecosystem, and can not afford the resource deplete and environment pollution in the traditional economy developing mode. It is the new sustainable development view of using the thought of circular economy and developing Eco-industry.Sticking to circular economy, applying to the theory and analyzed method of industry environment science, this article has studied on the programming of Eco-industry of Chengdu through analyzing the situation of society and economy and land of Chengdu, and put forward advice and thoughts about how to developing Eco-industry.The article consists of seven main chapters:(l)foreword, including thebackground of circular economy and Eco-industry; (2)concept and characteristics and the approaches of evaluation, ect.; (3)opinion about Eco-resource and using of land and application of Chengdu; (4) studied on the programming of Eco-industry of Chengdu; (5)strategy and thoughts and suggestion about developing Eco-industry; Lastly, summing-up about the article.
