Study And Research On Web Negotiation Support System With Immune Algorithm

Along with the development of modern science and technology, the world has become smaller, while the effect of economy has become larger. In the world economy that every one needs each other, we should cooperate on the base of searching common profit. But for the difference on nature environment, society, it will cause conflict between individuals on their goals or benefits. Then, we should make full use of negotiation to solve confliction.Traditional negotiation support systems focus on supporting the negotiation procedure to ensure fluent communication between negotiators, and provide background information as much as possible. However, during the negotiation, it is necessary for the system to provide reference solution for negotiators to improve the negotiation efficiency. When discussing solution-driven negotiation support system, we should gather negotiators' preferences more accurately, and find out negotiation solution quickly. For these two issues, we present web-based negotiation support system with immune algorithm, and expect to support both procedure and solution at the same time. The main works are in two aspects: the first is inducing negotiators to describe their preference effectively by simple methods; the second is giving an enough general template for case representation to represent all kinds of history negotiation cases, using immune algorithm to be solution supporting of the web-based negotiation support systems.For the goals and requirements mentioned above, the main content of this paper includes:The first chapter summarizes the research on negotiation theory model, method, and its current status since the beginning of negotiation research, and points out the shortcoming in existing NSS. Then I present my own viewpoint on the development trend, and introduce the research goal and structure of this paper at last.The second chapter discusses basic theory and related concept on negotiation and immune algorithm. Because the research on negotiation involves theory knowledge of western economics, we will integrated this theory with the negotiation research, and apply it to negotiation support system. We also summary the evaluation rule on negotiation solution, and make the effect of solution as the rule in this paper. At last,we introduce the concept, development and achievement of immune algorithm, and describe about its main steps and features. In addition, the chapter is the basis of other chapters.The third chapter is the improvement for immune algorithm. And shows its ability to solve the multi-modal function optimization problem. And in the same time, we produce a mathematical model of the web-based negotiation support systems.The fourth chapter is how to use immune algorithm to the system.The fifth chapter is to summarize and prospect. The chapter sums up the whole chapter and presents the problem to be solved and research work in the future.
