A Research On Prison Enterprise Risk Management Based On Immune System Theory

Abstract:With the rapid development and application of the information technology and other high and new technologies,the economic environment of society is rapidly changing and more complex.Enterprises,as the basic unit of social economy and an important part of enterprises,are facing more severe situation,new risks emerge in an endless stream.Prison enterprises,as a special enterprise,not only Participate in market competition,but also have the political responsibility for prisoning and reforming the criminals.The main administrators of prison enterprises mostly prison police,who are in lack of management experience.once the risk occurs,they often fail to take timely and effective measures to prevent the spread of risk,and ultimately lead to accidents.In this context,the author think if we can establish a constant self-feedback mechanism to improve the risk management of prison enterprises,in that way we can make up the deficiency of the risk management of prison enterprises.Making comparisonLiving environment of organisms is similar to the environment enterprise,but organisms gradually formed the immune system in the long process of evolution,so they adapt to and survive in this environment.In this paper,the theory of biological immune system is introduced into the field of enterprise risk management,and combined with the actual situation of prison enterprises in prison enterprises to build a prison enterprise immune system.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the research background,purpose and significance of this article,through the analysis of the relevant literature review in home and abroad,the main framework of this paper is determined.Based on the past research findings of enterprise immunity,Making the comparison between the characteristics of biological immune system and immune system of the enterprise,sorting out and constructing enterprise immune theory for the establishment of the immune system in the Heng Yang prison enterprise theory.Then it puts forward the method and suggestion of constructing the immune system of prison enterprise according to the safety management situation of the prison enterprise in Heng Yang city.Finally,the full text is summarized and the future research direction is proposed.
