Logistics costs is the monetary reflect of both materialize labour and living labour which are spent in goods transferring or storing, nowadays control of logistics costs has been new economic increasing focus. Chinese logistics has acquired some efforts with many scholars' hard working since 1980s when logistics was introduced, however, present study is focus on three aspects: Logistics equipments and techniques, logistics industry. The study of logistics costs control and management is limited. Currently, so high logistics cost has been an enormous drawback for Chinese enterprise taking part in international competition. It decrease the superiority of Chinese labor resources. We should take effective ways to decrease the logistics cost, then, logistics will become "The third benefit source", The paper put forward some strategies on The control of Chinese logistics cost with analyzing the formation of logistics cost, Chinese enterprise actualities, and the experience of foreign countries control of logistics cost.The content of the thesis includes the following four parts.Chapter one analysis some basic theories of logistics cost: connotation, classification and principle source, expatiate the economic meaning of the control of logistics cost.Chapter two: Take the level of logistics cost as gateway, analysis the internal and outer cause which conduced to too much logistics cost for Chinese enterprise.Chapter three: Recommend the successful experiences of control of logistics cost from American and Japan.Chapter four: Suggest the strategies (1) Strengthen government's supportability and leading, integrate society material resource. (2) Accelerate the information and automatization process. (3) Perfect the calculation system of logistics cost. (4) Establish effective logistics management system, clear department relation, and increase management effectiveness.
