The Research On The Logistics Of The Manufacturing Enterprise

Based on the manufacturing enterprise, this article emphasis on analyzing how the logistics plays in the management of the manuf acturing enterprise. The dissertation discusses that the manufacturing enterprise should build up the management information system on the logistics combined with their own characteristic. The dissertation is divided into five chapters to analyze and research the topics. The detail contents of the dissertation are summarized as follows:Chapter one is the introduction. Based on the analysis and introduction of logistics and the background of the logistics in China. Then analysis how the logistics develop in the manufacturing enterprise in China. At last the dissertation introduces the main contents and the meaning of anglicizing the logistics on the manufacturing enterprise.In chapter two, the dissertation emphasis that the manufacturing enterprise play an important role in the economy of China, facing the actuality of the logistics in manufacturing enterprise, the dissertation based on the actuality analysis of the characteristic of the inner logistics and the outer logistics. At the same time the dissertation find the relation of the two kinds of the logistics.Chapter three is process defining, system architecture and executing of logistics of the Integrated Manufacturing Enterprise's management Platform. The dissertation also tells us that the information is the only way to develop the logistics in the enterprise. At first, the dissertation analyzes the process of logistics play the important role in the management of the manufacturing Enterprise. Then the dissertation bring forward the program on the hardware such as the storage transportation and the workshop on the management information system of the logistics. At last the dissertation build up the frame of the organization in the manufacturing enterprise.Chapter four play an emphasis on the realization of the advanced technology. Aiming at the logistics in the manufacturing enterprise and estimate that the advanced technology is the only way to build the quick response logistic system. In this chapter, the management information system of logistic is divided into three contents. And analyses the function of every content. There are the logistics of storage; logistics of production; logistics of transportation.The last chapter is the conclusion and expectation. The achievements andshortcomings of the dissertation are summarized. The future research work is put forward.
