| In 2001,the China Communication Trade was reformed,and during the next year the new China Telecom Group and the new China Network Communication Group came into existence,they held different resource in China market,and became two important company in the China Communication Trade from then on。In order to extend the network and the service , the China Telecom Group established the North Corporation in 2002 and some subsidiary companies in 2003。 The Jilin Telecom came into existence at May 17 ,2003 , now the primeval targets have achieved ---- "Consummating the corporation and extending the network and the service"。The orientation after 2004 about the Jilin Telecom and the direction about the network development need to research , and it is very important。By analysing the market environment around the Jilin Telecom and the forecast about consumer 's requirement ,the orientation about the Jilin Telecom and the direction about the network development,as follows:(1)The Jilin Telecom needs to actively development from now , not to keep the actuality。 The economy environment is not bad in the Jilin province, the Old Northeast Industry Base will be exploited ,and the Asia Winter Game will come off in 2007 , this will keep the Communication Trade to continuously develop 。Besides this , the North Telecom and the Jilin Telecom have the important stratagem degree for the China Telecom Group。(2)Based on the development trend,the operation development direction about the Jilin Telecom is the Broad Band, the Voice and the Increment Service in 2004；is the Broad Band,the Increment Service and the Mobile Communication in 2005 ；is the Broad Band and the Mobile Communication in 2006。In order to get more benefit, the development about the Jilin Telecom and the network should be taken into account,something can do and something can not do ,adopt different mode to develop the corporation and network which are provided with high economic benefit and foreground firstly。Based on the Jilin Telecom's orientation and the network configuration,three lay's constructive layouts which are the long-distance main transmitting network ,the local transmitting network and the mesh transmitting network are established in this disquisition,as follows:(1)the long-distance main transmitting network:it must have integrity and security , it must provide dependable network connections between the South and the North , as well as some big cities in Jilin province , it must bear the weight of the Voice ,the Broad Band and the Brainpower function beautifully , and it must have enough bandwidth to transmit the data。 (2)the local transmitting network:Based on the economic environment about every city in Jilin province,it should take different mode to build every network,the different network conformation must base on the actual requirement, and it needs to optimize continuously , the safely network must come true finally。(3)the mesh transmitting network:we do not shoot for the market quotient with other competitors,but tackle object-market,and provide high quality network and different service to get user's authorization 。That is classifying clients and providing valuable clients with high rank network indemnification and the relate business。 So the important area , business , client should be built differently ,and we should actualize the developmental mode which comes from business needs and amplify the investment , save the cost of construction finally。(4)In order to assure the data and the mobile business , the construction of th... |
