The Chinese Communist Party is a major and long-standing party in office in China, faced with the challenge of power as well as experienced in administration. The third-generation of leaders under President Jiang Zeming considered resisting corruption as vital to the very existence of the Party and China, carried out the "three emphases education", and put forwarded the important thoughts of "three represents". Since the 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China, the new generation of practical central leaders under President Hu Jintao set the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and the historic subjects of enhancing the abilities of administration and art of leadership.We have all the time adhered to the principle of "being modest and prudent, and being hard-working and plain living" during building the work style of the party. The important thoughts of "two musts" was first proposed by Chairman Mao Zedong at the end of 1940s when the socialism revolution would open a new leaf and the party would be in power. It is the summary of the Party's experiences in leading the revolution and is the secret of the Party's long-standing administration.In the new era, it is fundamental for us to adhere to the "two musts" and bestow it with new concept so as to strengthen the Party's work style and to ensure the victory of our socialism movement. How can we advance with time and push the work style building to a new stage? One is to rely on regulations and laws; the other is to promote ideological and ethical progress. The foundation is to help the Party members establish the proper views on the world, values, and power by means of theoretical study. The key is to engrain the principle of "serving the public" among the party members by means of strengthening work style. And the guarantee is to strengthen the construction of regulations and laws to exert efficient monitoring on the officials' exercising of public power.
