Strengthen The City Community To Consolidate The Party's Ruling Foundation

From analysis of social grass-roots organizations changed by China's social transformation, pointing out that the prominent functions of urban communities, as well as the necessity to strengthen the cohesion and influence of the Communist Party of China, consolidate the party's ruling foundation through the community building the community party building in the city. In this paper, taking community party building of Tianjin Heping District as an example, on the basis of sorting out the achievements of community party building which Heping District has made, exploring the intrinsic link between the work of community party building and consolidation of party's ruling foundation. Community party organizations in Heping District develop the community party building in order to consolidate the party's ruling foundation: leading the orientation of advanced culture in the community to strengthen the Party's ideological foundation; serving the masses to consolidate the party's performance foundation; promoting community democracy building to strengthen the party's institutional foundation; strengthening the building of community party organizations to consolidate the party's organizational foundation. By analyzing the current main problems of community party building in Heping District, namely the material guarantee, the administration orientation of the work of community, management to liquidity party members, the joint-building awareness of some enterprise party organizations in the community needs to be raised, proposing appropriate Countermeasures and the future prospects for the work of community party building.The chapter one introduces the social grass-roots organizations before reform and open to the outside world at first. From analysis of social grass-roots organizations changed by China's social transformation, pointing out that the importance of community building the community party building in new era.The chapter two takes community party building of Tianjin Heping District as an example, summarizes the successful experiences which strengthen party's ruling foundation by party building in urban communities, in an attempt to explore the intrinsic link between the work of community party building and consolidation of party's ruling foundation.The chapter three analyzes the current main problems of community party building in Heping District, proposes appropriate Countermeasures in light of these problems, at the same time, proposes the future prospects for the work of community party building, hope it would be a reference for the work of community party building in the future.
