Quality, Environment, Occupational Health And Safety Management System Integration

Along with the social advancement, especially China having entered WTO, enterprises have to face the problems of quality, environment and occupation health safety (Q.E&OSH). Q.E&OSH integrated management system aims at the requirements and plays a profound role in saving enterprise resources, improving efficiency and upgrading the enterprise figure.This dissertation analyses the possibility and necessity of integrating quality management system, environment management system and occupation health safety management system firstly, then puts forward the mode of integrated system, constructs the Q.E&OSH integrated management system, systematizes the system and analyzes the path of integrating the three systems. The third part discusses the step of risk management in the Q.E&OSH integrated system. The fourth part brings forward "the social standard enterprise culture" value view and development thought in Q.E&OSH integrated management system. The fifth part analyzes the information system of the integrated system. The sixth part analyzes the validity of the integrated system and its evaluation method. Finally, the author gives the course of setting up the Q.E&OSH integrated management system.
