A Study Of Performance Evaluation For Enterprises That Implemented Quality, Environment, And Occupational Health And Safety Integrated Management System

Implementation of quality, environment, and occupational health and safety integrated management system has improved the management level and the ability to take part in the international market competition greatly. But in practice, there are many problems such as material waste and low management efficiency among the system. For the enterprises that have implemented the integrated system, how to represent the value of the integrated system for the management efficiency is related to the research on performance evaluation of the system. This research is important to the enterprises that have founded the integrated system. Furthermore, it makes great effects to promote the implementation of the integrated system.In this paper, the following work has been done mainly.Firstly, based on the interpretation of the concept of performance evaluation, this paper discussed the survey of the research on performance evaluation for enterprises that implemented the integrated management system.Secondly, this paper compared and analyzed the system documents of the three management standards. Accordingly, it established the basic structure of the integrated standard documents and put forward the steps to implement the integrated system.Thirdly, this paper analyzed the constitution of the evaluation indexes and the principal to set up the system of the evaluation indexes. Thereby, it established the index system of performance evaluation for enterprises that implemented the integrated management system.Fourthly, based on the presentation of AHP and Fuzzy Integrated Evaluation Method, this paper represented the model and its calculation process.Lastly, this paper gave a practical example of a oil construction company to verify the evaluation model.
