M6 sedan is the cooperative product of Chinese FAW group and Japanese MAZDA motor corporation. It marched into international market in May, 2002.Limited by the ability of manufacture, now the FAW group just can sale 300 M6 sedans in chengdu market per year. The FAW group want to establish a sales and service center in chengdu for M6 sedan. ZP Auto Sales Company take part into the competition to get the opportunity of establish the sales and service center.In order to make sure the investment will be success, ZP Auto Sales Company need the feasibility analysis. This feasibility research project was strict according to the requests of feasibility research, proved the feasibility of the chengdu M6 sedan sales and service center Project of ZP Auto Sales Company from each aspect. Firstly, it emphasized project background, market of M6 sedan , producing scale, factory address, construct condition and technique scheme. Secondly, it estimated the total investment, evaluated the making-profit ability, discharging ability and finance risk according to the finance system of our country and the methods of economic evaluation, analysed the benefit of the project. Finally, it drew a conclusion and brought forward some suggestion to the project owner .A sales and service center will sell estimated 300 cars per year. The main marketplace is chengdu city, secondly are mian yang city and nan cong city. With the customer become more richer ,they want to use that kind of product which can fit their life style. The competitors will be more stronger. So, the main marketplace of M6 sedan will be stillchengdu city, meanwhile ,ZP auto sales company shouldemphasized on extend the market share in that kind city like neijian yibin luzhou leshan xichang panzhihua and other middle size cities.Through the evaluation, to establish a M6 sedan sales and service center will need 14348000 yuan, the static state reclaim period of investment is 4.065 years, the interior income rate is 28.34%, it is more higher than the standard of the industry. The project have a powerful making-profit ability.The difference between this feasibility research and an ordinary one is in finance evaluation part . Because the investment included original fixed assets (estate), and the constructing period is very short (4 months). When proceeding finance evaluation , we think we attain completely the designed produce ability at the first year of producing period ,and we move the spend of the constructing period to the year too ,for the simplification of calculation .
