Relying solely on the local government to undertake the construction of exhibition venues has been difficult to meet the needs of the rapid development of the exhibition industry.Therefore,there is an urgent need to develop diversified investment and financing channels to encourage the introduction of social capital in the construction and operation of exhibition venues.The PPP model can integrate the advantages of public and private participants and lay a solid foundation for the successful construction and operation of exhibition venues.Due to the characteristics of large investment demand,long project cycle and many stakeholders involved in the exhibition venue project using the PPP model,such projects have extremely high investment risks.However,for this type of project risk evaluation,an effective evaluation method and evaluation process have not been formed.As a result,the social capital parties are not very active in participating in the PPP project of the exhibition center,which is bound to hinder the sustainable development of my country’s exhibition industry.Therefore,it is particularly important to conduct quantitative research on the risks of the exhibition center project under the PPP model from the perspective of the social capital party,and to improve the risk management level of the social capital party,thereby increasing the enthusiasm of the social capital party to participate in the PPP project of the exhibition center.To this end,this study takes the J City Convention and Exhibition Center PPP project as the research object,and conducts a research on the risk assessment of the central PPP project from the perspective of the social capital.This research first elaborate on the related concepts and theories of the exhibition center project,PPP model and risk management;second,comprehensive literature research and expert interviews identify the key risk factors of the PPP project of the exhibition center,and identify the key risks identifiedThe connotation of factors is analyzed one by one;again,the list of identified key risk factors is used as an index for project risk evaluation,in order to construct the J City Convention and Exhibition Center PPP project risk evaluation index system in this study,and then obtain data through expert questionnaire survey,and then use The analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight of the indicator.Then,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct the PPP project risk evaluation model of the exhibition center to evaluate the PPP project of the J city exhibition center.Finally,based on the perspective of the social capital,the PPP project of the J city exhibition center is proposed.Suggested research on risk management.In the end,the risk assessment result of the PPP project of the J City Convention and Exhibition Center was: The project’s comprehensive risk score was 3.68,and the evaluation results showed that the project’s risk status level was between a medium risk level and a higher risk level,but with a higher risk level Closer.At the level of second-level risk indicators,the political and policy risks,economic and market risks have the highest risk evaluation values ??of 3.93 points and 3.76 points respectively,which are the two major risk dimensions that need to be focused on prevention and control.The operation management risk evaluation value was 3.58 points,ranking third,slightly lower than the overall level of the project.The two major dimensions of construction risk,social and environmental risk have the lowest risk evaluation values,which are 3.44 and 3.29 respectively.The risk evaluation results of this study are in line with the actual situation of the PPP project of the exhibition center.
