A Study On The Design Of Hot Spring Resort Hotel Product

After the reform and open to the world, China hotel industry develops vigorously, and becomes one of the most dynamic industries in China. Along with the change of the market demand, many hotels adjust their position and function, the type of hotel is more and more clear, the development of the commercial hotel, sightseeing hotel, resort hotel, economic hotel, theme hotel is different separately. Among them, hot spring resort hotel advance by leaps and bounds, the speed, the scale, the benefit of it are striking.Because of the short history of the development of the hot spring resort hotel, the design of the product is not mature either. The product and the market are not corresponding, and the characteristic of the product is not evident. Therefore, this paper focuses on the particularity, creativity and effect research of the design which base on the market.This paper suggests that the design must hold two things tightly, the first one is to conform to the market demand, and the second one is to reflect the characteristic of hot spring resort hotel. The difference between the hot spring resort hotel and the other kinds hotel comes from the difference of the customer's demand. So, the idea, the expound of the breakdown product design in this paper are presented on the base of the market investigation and analyzing, and accords to the needs and the behavior pattern of the customer.The paper analyzes and summarizes the experience of many hot spring resort hotels, upgrades them to principles and operating rules, pointes out the places need to develop, makes the product design fit the market demand more, and forms a set of theory and operating system.By using the conclusion of the former, this paper studies a case of hot spring hotel product design finally.
