The Design And Implementation Of The Information System Of Gansu Court Letters And Visits

With the people’s court office informatization leveling up,the construction of the system of visiting and letters,which including the existing petition,filing and electronic information resources,has become an important work to further strengthen the construction of social security.The system of visiting and letters timely and accurately reflect the social instability and corruption,summary and unified the information,which provides an accurate basis for scientific decision-making of the leadership of the court.The original business in Dingxi People’s court are all artificial manner.The management of visiting and letters still use paper documents rather than establishing efficient computerized process.In response to the informatization construction of national legal system under the slogan,we developed the system based on external and internal net and the networkpush system using B/S mode.The system use J2EE architecture and PowerBuilder technology.Around the design and realization of the information system of Gansu Letters and Visits,the thesis has bean carried out working as follows:(1)We introduced the MVC pattern,as well as Spring frame,Spring MVC frame,Hibernate frame,PowerBuilder technology,and analyzed their advantages and disadvantages in the thesis.(2)Having analyzed the basic requirements of the system,the thesis analyzed the overall design ideas,divided the project module,and designed the system data structure.The thesis introduced the design of view layer,business logic layer and data persistence layer.We also introduced the design of inner internet system based on PowerBuilder technolagy.(3)Based on the analysis of requirements,the thesis focuses specific implementation details on some important modules,such as business of Letters and Visits module,data pushing module,statistical analysis module,Ledger management module.
