The Design And Implementation Of Case-filing And Registration System Based On Spring Boot

With the acceleration of the process of social legalization,the awareness of legal and rights protection for people continues to strengthen.Under these circumstances,original Case Filing System cannot solve the problem of the "difficulty in case-filing".In order to solve this problem,the Central Leading Group for Comprehensively Deepening Reforms passed the "Opinions on the implementation of registration system in the people's court"and replaced the censorship of accreditation in civil proceedings with the registering system of filing cases at the eleventh meeting on April 1,2015.The implementation of the registering system of civil filing cases has effectively solved the problem of "difficulty in case-filing".But in the process of implementation,it also encountered issues such as non-standard submission by parties,low registration efficiency,and more prominent contradictions in the case.Therefore,we have developed a registration system.Based on B/S mode,this system adopts J2EE architecture,MVC framework and micro-services Architecture.Besides,this system also uses Spring Boot,Mybatis,Spring,Spring MVC and many other popular frameworks.On basis of the design and implementation of the Case-filing and Registration System,the following works have been done:(1)Analyze the requirements for the registration of the court,explain the overall design of the project,divide the modules,design the database structure,and design the overall architecture of the project.(2)Based on system requirements analysis and general project design,core modules are implemented,including registration information module,registration processing module,image identification and information extraction module,external network party nformation import module and filing approval module.At present,the system has been used by all courts and departments in Tianjin.Foreign Party Information was imported into the Tianjin Binhai People's Court in December 2017.Image identification and information extraction were run in the Tianjin Wuqing People's Court in February 2018.The system regulates the registration process,improves the registration efficiency of the registrants,and relieves the prominent contradictions in the case encountered by the courts effectively.
