The Internet Crime And Detection

By the development of the computer and Internet during the past half-century, now, it was all over the society and brings forth intense effects and changes to social production and means of livings of people. At the same time, the allocation of computer in illegal action by lawbreakers causes enormous economical damages as well as the disturbing of the social order .It may sometimes evolves to be a severe threat to the national securities and social cultures of all countries. This thesis provides a preliminary analysis to the reference theory of Internet crime and its detection and legislation.There are three chapters in this thesis. In the first chapter, the author gives an account of the definition of Internet crime from different angle, and finally introduces the author' own definition. Then, the author explicates the types, characteristics-causes and forms of Internet crime.In the second chapter, the author mainly pays a special discussion to the theory of detection of Internet crime. According to the characteristics of Internet crime, the thesis pointed out the organizations , rules , the ways and methods .In the third chapter, the author first introduces the legislation about Internet crime of International and other countries. On the base of it, the author discusses the shortcoming and improving of the legislation in china. At the last, the author explicates the other ways excepted legislation for the precaution of Internet crime.
