Research On The Model Of Industry Management Of Construction Industry Based On WTO

Being a number of WTO,there are more challenges and opportunities for construction industry. How can the Chinese contractors act as a significant part in the world?Above all,the system guarantee is indispensable.Designing a new model of industry management of construction industry is urgent。From the point of view of interrelation between the three principal parts--the government as administration,the industry association as medi-organization,the enterprise as market--which constitute the model of the industry managemen,the general plan about the model of industry management in China is put forward. This plan must adapt to the fact of construction industry.Also,some basic theory about industry management and industry association is introduced.Some conventional and modern models of industry management of construction industry in overseas are analysed too.The contents of this thesis as following:(1)The influence on the system of construction industry when China being a number of WTO.(2)Introduced theoretical research about industry management and industry association.(3)Analysed the deficiency of the industry management of construction industry at the present time in China,and the model of the industry management now is brought forward.(4)Introduction and comparison are been made on the models of the industry management of construction industry in other countries,such as America,Germany,Japan and Korea.Base on them,some conclusions are drawn.(5)The general plan about the model of industry management in China are given in the end.Trying to reach the new model,two phases are advised.The first is developing-phase,and the second is mature-phase.
