Because of drastic competition in international businesses, MNC subsidiary's strategic role and function has been changed ultimately.The research focus of MNC subsidiary has been transferred from HQ perspective to transnational network perspective. Sometimes, subsidiaries do not play a receptive role dictated HQ ,however , leap to mandate player. Therefore , it is worthy to study MNC subsidiary's behavior in our country . The study utilize the HQ-subsidiary dyadic relationship characteristics, the level to which subsidiary's dependence on MNC, the subsidiary's resource and the local responsiveness to exam the essential factors about the changes on subsidiary's strategic role. Add to,the changes are followed with environmental transformation and organize framework change etc. Based on the theory about MNC subsidiary's style and change, the characteristics on the subsidiary's changes combined with instances in our country have been analyzed and summarized.The influence actors have also been gotten to the bottom from three aspects. MNC subsidiaries in our country are subjected to a complex endogenous and exogenous influences. Moreover, polices are to be discussed in detail according to the changes included above.
