Situation Analysis To Human Resource Development Of AVIC

Aviation Industry Corporation â… (abbreviate AVICâ… ) co-operate with SEM of Tsinghua University set up a team to design and develop a training program and textbooks in order to train the top management team of skills, culture, strategy, and mission. This practicable report has been finished after carefully analyzing and summarizing AVICâ…  human resource development practice according to the real project. In part one of this report, first describe the characters of human resource development in aviation industry and illuminate human resource importance and necessity based on the challenges which AVICâ…  must face to. We do some research on human resource development theories and practice in China and foreign countries then summarize the ways to human resource development in AVICâ… in part two of this report. In the last part, we deeply analyze the problems and challenge which consist in the human resource practice in AVICâ…  then present some advices to them.In order to finish the project and accomplish this practicable report, we do a lot of interviewing, visiting and investigating in AVICâ… . We try to summarize some good features and find out the problems on human resource development practice in AVICâ… . After studying many advanced theories and practice in some famous corporations in the world, we try to present some advices to AVICâ…  in order to help them promote human resource development level even in the whole aviation industry in China.
