Since 90th, the real estate industry is the prominent function to our country to increase quickly in economic. However, the real estate foam have already appeared at present. In order to control the hot visible result, Chinese government and the Central Bank of China has adopted a series measure. Among them, the notice, < concerning to make further strong management in the business of loan to the real estate>(No.121 Notice), that made great affect to the real estate.The Chinese trust investment has already developed for 24 years, and has passed the period of expansion, turbulence, reorganization. Only 59 trust investment companies exist at present.The establishment of "Trust Investment Law and Two Rules" is the sign to the trust industry on the healthy way of development. The so-called real estate trusts, is that Trust Investment Corporation who make use of special financial flat to gather money from society and then invest capital to real estate project on the way of loan or stock in order to obtain profit from the project for clients.Facing high profit and high risk in real estate, Trust Investment Cooperation must cope with the actual problems such as how to estimate, analyze, judge, control, evade risks for guaranteeing clients' money safety. Now the report uses the true case as foundation to discuss the actual management and measures to control the project as well as possible. Then, the report will discuss the paths of financing for real estate project and the real advantage to the Trust Investment.
