How does the corporate survive and get further development in the market? People's opinions on this question had changed and will be changing greatly.Studies on the area of the focus of competition shows that the focus has shifted from product to technology, to channel in the last century and is shifting to service now.People's concept of service is changing from cost center to core competition ability. People recognize that facing service competition, the corporate must build service competition strategy and construct service corporate.The service competition strategy occurs in special environment and for special causes. In this article, it is analyzed in three factors: the corporate survive environment, the value creation process and the assumption of strategy selection.The occurrence of new theory brings fundamental and radical reform both in strategic and operational level.Under the new strategy, it is the necessary choice to construct a service corporate. In this paper, several cases of corporate are taken as examples of constructing service corporate.
