This thesis aims at the explanation of the concept and the current situation of boardband communication. Various methodologies are implemented such as cultural heritage data method, investigation and visiting method, mathematic statistics method, and contrast-analysis method etc. The introduction of boardband communication development in Sichuan CNC Co. (CNC), which the author functions, will be focused to analyses the markets at home and abroad. The thesis also provides an overall study of the rivals, the competitive capacity and methods of CNC in Chengdu in order to accomplish a systematic conclusion towards the improvement of the technology service strategy in CNC. According to the demands of technology service, the thesis investigates the detailed elements such as service, the quality of service and the degree of clients' satisfaction. The content and function of technology service in the market are also discussed so that a feasible and practical research concerned about the evaluation of technology service will be implemented based on the existing management situation of CNC. With the application of the newly established strategy and study, CNC has enjoyed great progress and economic benefits.Comparing with other three companies in Chengdu by appraisal (Chengdu Telecom, Sichuan Guandian, and Great Wall Board Band,) which are the major boardband communication competitors, CNC observes its own advantages and disadvantages. This study also presentsthe concrete measures to supervise the quality of technology service in order to make the company more constructive and competitive in the future market and guides the author in the future jobs.Thanks to the technology service quality strategy in practice, CNC increased its boardband communication revenue from 1,050,000 RMB in 2001 to 9,950,000 RMB in 2002 with an increasing rate of 848%. This reaffirms the choice of the service strategy while effective marketing.With the combination of theory and practice, this thesis may be regarded as the guiding outline for the development of boardband communication in CNC.
