| This dissertation is based on the corporate culture consulting project for Tellhow Sci-tech Co., Ltd. Based on the thorough fundamental analysis of the company, the project advances a total resolution programs concerning corporate culture design and implementation. This paper focuses on the part of the design and implementation of corporate culture, in which the results of study are directly adduced, without detailed researching process and analysis methods. Concerning the concrete institutions related to the culture design, there are also only principles and part of general outlines. There is not much discussion about the details of concrete institutional construction. Chapter One is the introduction. It mainly comprises the brief introduction of projects, the summarization of literatures and the definition of problems.Chapter Two mainly deals with the present culture conditions of Tellhow. It gives a complete and detailed introduction to the basis and grounds of the design and implementation of corporate culture in terms of such sides as the general situation of the company, the background and necessity of corporate cultural construction, the main conclusion of the research into the present situation of corporate culture, and the internal and external causes of corporate cultural construction.Chapter Three sets the strategetic goals for Tellhow's corporate cultural construction, and elaborate respectively on the principals that constructing corporate culture should follow and the purpose of corporate cultural construction.Chapter Four and Five are the core of the article. Chapter Four mainly discusses Tellhow's corporate cultural design, which is based on the study into present situation of corporate culture in Chapter Two and based on the need of corporate strategy and development and the basic condition and need of the personnel. Fully considering the existing culture developing track and tradition, it adjusts and optimizes accordingly the corporate culture in terms of spirit, system and material.Chapter Five concentrates on the implementation program. Corporate culture implementation project is the most important in the whole construction project of corporate culture. Based on the overall concerning of every aspects such as environment, company, leadership and personnel, it takes the corporate culture design project and implementation project as a whole to plan and to program, and then works out the arrangement for corporate culture design and implementation in which this two parts match to each other, sustain each other and promote each other. This chapter first points out the hinge and the general policy of corporate culture construction project. And then constitutes the program of organization guarantee, institution guarantee and material guarantee for this project. It also establishes the three-step process of the implementation of corporate culture. The last step is establishing the evaluating system for the corporate culture construction, to supervise and evaluate the effect of the implementation constantly, which is the main basis for adjusting the implementation program and the main measure to ensure the implementation effect.Chapter Six is the conclusion part of the dissertation. It summarizes the whole article and reaches a conclusion. |
