Study On The Development Of Shenzhen Kaifa Technology Co., Ltd.

Shenzhen Kaifa Technology Co., ltd was founded in Shekou Industry Zone in July, 1985. In the past 19 years, Kaifa has developed into a modern corporation from a very small factory. It now has factory buildings of 80,000 square meters and office buildings of 11,000 square meters. In 1992, Kaifa was named as a high technology enterprise by the Shenzhen municipal government. In 1996, Kaifa was named one of the 10 best list companies by the Shenzhen Security Exchange.Shenzhen Kaifa Technology, like many electronic manufacturing firms in Shenzhen, is an export-oriented company. In this report I first analyze the industry of hard drive disk. Secondly I analyze the development of Shenzhen Kaifa Technology and the six successful experiences that have played critical role in the firm's development. Then I analyze the challenges now facing. Shenzhen Kaifa Technology faces challenges when competition is intensifying, price is declining, and technology is progressing rapidly.
