Research On Relationship Between Environmental Quality And Foreign Trade Of China

Since reforming and opening, the foreign trade of our country has been developed fast, and has made the remarkable achievement of the world. The development of foreign trade has improved the position in the international economy of China, and has improved the living standard of domestic people greatly .But at the same time , following the enlargement of the scale of China's foreign trade, the natural resources are being wasted , the ecological environment is being polluted and destroyed . In some aspects, the negative effects of the foreign trade is more obvious to Chinese environment and social development. In the new century, how to realize the steady-state growth of China's foreign trade, how to improve the ecological environment, how to improve the natural resources distribution efficiency, how to reduce the negative effects of the environment and social development, how to make effective policy to coordinate the relationship of trade and the environment, how to achieve the sustainable development of economy and natural environment becomes the key subject that we must study. The thesis has explained the purpose and meaning studied at first, carry on the survey and appraise to environmental question , the current situations of foreign trade , environmental question theoretical research and positive research, and put forward the research contents of this text and train of thought ; Then we have analysed the general relation between environmental quality and foreign trade theoretically, have analysed the environmental effects of the environmental impact on trade and trade separately, namely: Scale effect, structure effect, technological effect, income effect and legal effect, and then discuss the way of coordinating trade and environmental relation. We also have analysed the situation of environmental quality and developing state of China's foreign trade at present of China separately, and then analysed the relation between China's environmental quality and foreign trade , using the statistical data since 1981, analysed China export trade growth and representative industrial waste gas, waste water and waste solid matters relation of emission of environmental pollution of foreign trade mainly, point out that the fast deterioration of environmental quality of growth of export trade of trade of key industry has made certain contribution.On the basis of analysing above , we probe into the countermeasure of coordinating China's environmental quality and foreign trade relation in thesis. Point out that strengthens the international cooperation of the environmental field, take the sustainable development path that the environment develops with trade in harmony, it is to coordinate the environmental quality of our country and effective way of the foreign trade relation to establish the micro operating mechanism helping the environment to develop with trade in harmony.
