Research On The Transformation Of Management Model Of Private Sectors

Private sectors are new power of the development of national economy of China. The magnificence of their efficiency and favorable development to the establishment of the market economy and the developing of the reform and opening to the outside world of China speaks itself. In late decade years or so ,the issues concerned with the management model of private sectors have always been hot in the fields of economics and management. The guide of a theoretical system, which conforms to the situation of China and the characteristics of private sectors is urgently needed. As a whole, the thesis is divided into four parts.Firstly ,the thesis states the research background and review the related literature. also points out the limitation of preview research. then the author operates the core conception, elaborates the research design and the method ,focus on the description of the status quo of management model of private sectors, introduce the disputes on the management model and the appearances of the defects of present management model.Secondly, basing upon the principle of integration with theory and practice. Combination with researches of the Chinese and the west .the author analyses the harm of present management model and the causes, which hinder the transformation of management model of private sectors .These causes include the defects of property rights and governance structure, the conflict between the will and the reality, the lag of social culture, etc. emphasize the aim of transformation is establish modern enterprise system.Thirdly, the author systematically, roundly and deeply analyses the problems: how to offset the defects of management model of private sectors ,then put forward counter measures .which include better qualities of entrepreneurs , explicitness of property rights, perfect governance structure, good enterprise culture ,favorable outside environments.In the last part, the author draws a conclusion based on the summary of previous analysis. we also discuss some related issue and points out the research limitations...
