Starting with justice and righteousness, Rawls regards the essential of righteousness and justice as equality, and points out the two justice rules used in distribution: the rule of equality and the rule of difference. This paper tries to seek their significance to China's socialism market economic construction on the anglicizing the two rules. The paper is combined with three parts:The first section discusses the theory source of Rawls' justice rules in distribution, which mainly about Aristotle's compartmentalization to arithmetical equality and proportional equality, and analysis the two corners of justice rule in distribution.The second section discusses the content of Rawls' two justice rules, which includes the connection between the confirmation of justice and the system arrangement of justice, the two basic point, the state of original and the logical suppose of emptiness, the rule of difference and equality in justice of choice.In the last section, the dissertation evaluates the deficiency of Rawls' justice rules and the significance for our socialism market economy. Rawls' equal rule is helpful for us to understand the unification between the equity and the efficiency, the first distribution of national income. Rawls' rule of difference offers the academic bases for the second distribution of national income and the common wealth.
