The theory of justice have different ideas, and the justice is the social ideal that the people have always seeked for. Although the people always seek for justice without despair, the justice always keeps distance with us. But in fact, if we can link it with logic and the philosophy of daily social practice, justice becomes a historical, realistic, specific problem.Some people thought justice is the ultimate good, some people thought is should be its obtained. Said justly to individual it means each its duty takes their proper place, said to the society, is each reasonable system. Marx thought justice has the nature of class and historicity, and is restructured by economic basis, with the productive relations consistent person with human's relations is justice, otherwise, not righteousness. This article think, the justice is the seeking for the itself nature. It includes the two sides: one is the ideal value about perfecting and developing the mankind nature; two is the highest conduct standard for dealing with the relation between the mankind and the world: obtaining something he should obtain.Justice has always accompanied with human society. It arose from interpersonal contacts. From the different angle we can divide justice into different classification: May divide into justly from the relations the society just and individual justice; May divide into from the content the political just economy just culture to be just justice; May divide into justice formally the procedure justice and the essence justice. Through the different classification, may cause the justice conception to be more clearer.We may generally probe the justice at two angle of the ethics and the institution. Some people thought justice is the ultimate good, and they only probe in the view of the ethics. But they probe the justice achievement problem in the view of the institution, as Rawls thought the truth is the ideal most important value and justice is the institution's most important value. Marist began to scientifically probe the justice from the social main problem. Later some probed the justice achievement problem from the angle of the institution demonstrational study. This article only will discuss from the system, also will study fairly from the democratic government by law with the efficiency free several aspects.Democracy is the realization just premise, because the democracy has established the human rights and so on the basic right.
