According to the principle and methods of the modern compensation management, this paper focus on compensation management of Hunan Province Construction Corporation completely and meticulously, on the basis of this, the author puts forward the complete solution.The content of this paper is divided into five chapters.Through analyzing and studying the present condition in compensation management of Hunan Province Construction Corporation, the author point out original compensation distrbution system does not adapt to the demands of the enterprise further more it becomes obstade for further development of the enterprise. Recently project construction management methods was extensively used in the construction field, Compensation management of Hunan Province Construction Corporation would face new problems.The paper start with theory researches of the modern compensation management, according to Hunan Province Construction Corporation's middle term and long term development strategy goal and human resource plans, with the core technique of modern compensation manament, the author draws lessons from the domestic and international enterprise from modern mainstream view,and have completed the operationable solution, which include in the compensation policy, the compensation level, the compensation structure designing, variable pays forms for different communities, allowance and reward plannings.The paper describes modern compensation management theory and some methods relevant to enterprise compensation management. There are some key techniques, for instance, broad-band type compensation structure designing, administrative and technic compensation system for multi career development pathway. This paper is the valuable reference for the middle scale and large scale state-owned construction enterprises to design their own compensation system according to enterprises' development strategy goal and human resource plans.
