This article plans to through investigation , statistics of compensation motivation systems of staff and staff's satisfaction in the state-owned enterprise of Guizhou Province to analyze current situation of compensation Motivation and staff's satisfaction toward compensation system and measures, and gets some questions existing in the compensation motivation at the same time , and propose some suggestions on this, in order to perfect the compensation motivation system of state-owned enterprise , promote the state-owned enterprise to develop healthily. Base on investigations, this article is mainly making out the following several conclusions: 1. There is its reasonable composition in the compensation motivation mode of the state-owned enterprises. 2. Level of the compensation and the staff's satisfaction are remarkable relevant. 3. There are some unreasonable respects in compensation motivation modes in the state-owned enterprises. 4. The compensation of some state-owned enterprises has not reached ideal motivation.
